AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a small limited company with eight employees and a 371.6 m² manufacturing plant, offering promotional and office writing instruments. It has explicit OEM and ODM capabilities, sample-based customization, broad export-market coverage, and substantial stated production quantities for markers and ball pens. However, it is not identified as a professional technical supplier, provides no 3D software design or SDK, and launched no new products in the past year. Service procedures exist for assessment, corrective actions, and complaints, but records are not available. No certification information, customer cases, or verified after-sales performance is provided. Overseas service infrastructure is limited: there are no overseas showrooms, agents, or branches, although the supplier has attended one offline trade show. Financial information is presented only as years associated with various financial indicators, without sufficient performance details for a credibility assessment.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a limited company with eight employees and a 371.6 m² manufacturing plant. Its stated business covers promotional pens, markers, highlighters, gel pens, and related office products, indicating a small manufacturing and trading supplier rather than a professional technical supplier.

R&D capabilityThe supplier has one R&D engineer and offers ODM services, but it launched no new products in the past year, does not provide 3D software design services, has no SDK, and is explicitly described as not being a professional technical supplier. These stated limitations show a deficiency in innovation and technical development capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual output of 50,000,000 whiteboard markers and 10,000,000 ball pens, operates a 371.6 m² plant, and has 6–10 quality-control staff. Its products and production information support established manufacturing capability, although the total workforce is only eight and no additional capacity validation is provided.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples and offers both ODM and OEM services, including OEM service for popular brands. These capabilities directly support customized product development and manufacturing.
