Q:What is your sample policy?

If it's a stock item, you can get a free sample. If it's a customized item, you may need to prepare the sample cost which can be refunded once the order is proceeded. Sample freight is at your own expense.
Q:What are your MOQ and production lead time?
A:
1000-3000pcs based on exact item, normally 25-45 days depends on the quantity. Urgent order is accepted, for example, 15 days is allowed.
Q:What are your payment methods and terms?
A:
We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Bank transfer etc. Usually, our payment term is 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against the copy of BL.
