AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryNINGBO HOBA INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LTD. is a China-based limited trading company established in 2019, with 13 employees and a valid import/export license. It reports OEM service for well-known brands, customization from samples, substantial stated output for buttons, zippers, and sewing thread, and 90% export sales. Service terms include T/T, L/C, D/P and quotation terms include FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW. However, the supplier has no SDK, inventory, overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, overseas agents or branches, or offline trade-show participation. Quality-control evidence is incomplete: testing equipment is stated as zero, while quality assurance and traceability statuses are unknown. Corrective-action and complaint procedures exist but lack written records. Financial entries identify years but provide no assessable financial results, and no specific customer cases are supplied.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a trading company and a limited company, with 13 employees, based in Zhejiang, China. It is not indicated to be part of a larger company group.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly has a valid import and export license. No other certification information is provided, so the assessment is limited to this license status.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a complaint-handling procedure and accepts multiple payment and quotation terms, but the complaint procedure has no written records. It lacks in-stock service, overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, overseas agents or branches, and overseas service coverage is stated as zero.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports two years of total R&D engineer experience and offers customization from samples, but explicitly has no available SDK. The limited evidence does not demonstrate strong independent R&D or product innovation capability.

Production capacityStated production information includes 1,000 tons of garment buttons, 3,000 tons of sewing thread, and 2,000,000,000 meters of zippers, while quality-control staff number 31–40. However, the supplier reports no inventory capability, zero quality-control test equipment, and unknown quality assurance and traceability status.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides OEM services for well-known brands and supports customization from samples. These statements directly evidence an ability to customize products for customers.
