Q:Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a direct manufacturer with a 10,000 sqm integrated plant in Cixi, Ningbo. We have laser cutting (micron-level), CNC bendingpunching, and 460m automatic electrostatic spraying line with silane/phosphating pretreatment, German Wagner guns, three-stage oven temperature control, and intelligent curing. We perform salt spray, impact, and cross-cut adhesion tests, plus visual and manual inspection. Our products serve telecom, power, new energy.
Q:Q2. What is the lead time?
A:
A: Normally 45-60 days for mass production, adjustable per order volume and season. Our automated lines and 6S management ensure reliable delivery.
Q:Q3. Do you develop any new designs every year?
A:
A: Yes, we launch new designs yearly and fully customize materials (aluminum, stainless, cold-rolled) and sizes for energy storage, industrial control, medical, and other equipment housings.
Q:Q4. What's your term of payment?
A:
A: T/T, 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy. Flexible terms available for regular partners.
Q:Q5. What is your minimum order quantity?
A:
A: Usually 1x20GP. For trial orders, we accept mixed items or smaller quantities.
