We are a trade company with our own factory located in Cixi, Ningbo, near Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge. It takes 1 hour by car from Hangzhou and 2 hours from Shanghai.

For issues like design, scratches, leakage, or packaging, we take full responsibility. For transport issues, we provide Fall Down Test reports to help claim with the shipping company. For small defective quantities, we send replacements in the next order based on your pictures or videos.

We use 757/707 fresh ABS plastic, conduct 100% surface inspection to avoid scratches or missing plating, test under 0.5MPa water pressure to prevent leakage, and use healthy ABS and rubber materials to avoid water pollution.

We provide free samples and accept small trial orders. Customers need to afford the transport fee, which can be deducted once the order is placed.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 pieces.
