For issues like design, scratches, leakage, or packaging, we take full responsibility. For transport issues, we provide Fall Down Test reports to help claim with the shipping company. For small defective quantities, we send replacements in the next order based on your pictures or videos.

We guarantee material quality using 757/707 fresh ABS plastic. We perform 100% surface inspection to avoid scratches or missing plating. We test under 0.5MPa water pressure to ensure no leakage and use healthy ABS and rubber materials to prevent water pollution.

We provide free samples and accept small quantity trial orders. Customers need to afford the transport fee, but it can be deducted once you place the order.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 pieces.
