Our standard warranty period is one year after shipment. If you want to extend the warranty period, there will be an additional cost.

Firstly, our engineers will help you diagnose the problem via online guidance. If any parts are damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement free of charge. If you are unable to fix the problem by replacing the new parts, we will send an engineer to your factory to help fix the machine.

The delivery time depends on the complexity of your machine. Most of our standard machines are in stock, so we can ship the machine within seven days after receiving your payment. If you need a customized machine, it would normally take about 30-90 days to complete.

Yes, you can send us the samples for welding test. We will send you pictures and videos after the testing. If needed, we can also send the samples back to your country so you can check the welding quality before ordering the machine.
