Our standard warranty period is one year after shipment. If you wish to extend the warranty period, there will be an additional cost.

Firstly, our engineers will assist you in diagnosing the problem through online guidance. If any parts are damaged during the warranty period, we will send you the replacement parts free of charge. If you are unable to fix the problem by replacing the new parts, we will send an engineer to your factory to help fix the machine.

The delivery time depends on the complexity of your machine. Most of our standard machines are in stock, so we can ship them within seven days after receiving your payment. For customized machines, it usually takes about 30-90 days to complete the manufacturing process.

Yes, you can send us samples for welding tests. We will provide you with pictures and videos after the testing. If needed, we can also send the samples back to your country so that you can personally check the welding quality before ordering the machine.
