Our machines are customized for your requirements. To get an appropriate price, please provide the material and thickness of your product, the minimum and maximum size, the welding position, the automation level you want to achieve, and detailed product drawings if possible.

Our standard warranty period is one year after shipment. If you want to extend the warranty period, there will be an extra cost.

Firstly, our engineer will help you diagnose the problem via online guidance. If any parts are damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement free of charge. If you cannot fix the problem by replacing the new parts, we will send an engineer to your factory to help fix the machine.

It depends on the complexity of your machine. Most of our standard machines are in stock, and we can ship them within seven days after receiving your payment. If you need a customized machine, it normally takes about 30-90 days to complete.

Yes. You can send us samples for welding tests, and we will send you pictures and videos after the testing. If needed, we can also send the samples back to your country so you can check the welding quality by yourself before ordering the machine.
