Yes, you can get a free sample if it is available from our stock. If you need a customized logo or design, the sample cost will be charged. All samples are sent via courier, and the courier fee must be paid by the buyer.

Stock samples are ready to send within 2 days. Customized samples with available molds take 7 days, while new molds require more time. For bulk orders, the general lead time is 30 days, depending on quantity and specific items.

For large orders, payment can be made via company bank account. For small orders or samples, PayPal or Western Union is accepted. Standard terms are Advanced T/T or 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment.

Our QC team performs in-line and final inspections for each product according to the AQL standard. Defective products are sorted out, and a detailed inspection report is sent for approval before shipping.
