Q:How about the shipping cost?

If the weight of your goods is not heavy, we could send goods to you via express, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. If your goods is large, we could quote the FOB/CIF/DDP... price to you, then you could choose whether use our forwarder or yours.

Q:How is your delivery time?

Generally speaking, sample of piece of stock rope products take 3 to 7 days after receipt. normal quantity of ropes 7-25 days, large quantity of ropes over 25 days.

Yes, free samples in stock could be sent out by express after confirmed, some customization need some sample charge.
