3-Bin Central Weigh Hzs90 Concrete Batching Plant with Forced Mixer

This model features a theoretical productivity of 90m3 per hour. Under standard continuous working conditions, the stable actual output reaches 75-85m3/h, which fully meets the requirements of medium-scale commercial and infrastructure projects.

The 3-aggregate-bin design allows separate storage and accurate batching of three different aggregates. It supports more concrete formulas, improves weighing stability, and avoids material mixing errors during frequent formula switching.

Different from skip hopper feeding, the belt conveyor provides continuous, stable and large-volume material feeding. It allows long-time uninterrupted operation, greatly improves production efficiency and reduces equipment standby time.

The heavy-duty JS1500 forced twin-shaft mixer offers strong shearing and kneading force. It ensures full mixing, no dead angles and no material segregation, stably producing high-quality concrete from C15 to C60.

Equipped with high-precision load cells and automatic deviation compensation system, the machine guarantees accurate proportioning for aggregates, cement, water and admixtures, ensuring consistent concrete quality.
