Q:Why is concrete mixed unevenly with color difference?
A:
Insufficient mixing time (standard mixing time 30 seconds), skewed water nozzles or severely worn mixing blades. Extend mixing duration, overhaul the water pipeline and replace wear-resistant blades and lining plates.
Q:How to deal with slurry leakage at the mixer shaft end?
A:
The shaft end sealing parts are worn or lack lubrication. Inject grease on schedule; replace aging oil seals and sealing components directly.
Q:What leads to motor overload tripping?
