High Precision Hzs90 Concrete Batching Plant with 3-Bin Separate Weighing System

This HZS90 concrete batching plant is equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft mixer, with a theoretical production capacity of 90m3/h. The stable actual output is 75-85m3/h, which is designed for medium-scale, long-term and continuous concrete production.

The three-bin structure allows independent storage and separate weighing of three different aggregates. It supports diverse concrete formulas, improves batching accuracy, and avoids material mixing confusion, which is more adaptable than traditional two-bin models for complex construction requirements.

Compared with hopper-type feeding, the full belt conveying system provides stable, continuous and large-capacity material supply. It supports 24-hour non-stop operation, greatly improves production efficiency and reduces equipment downtime during peak construction periods.

The heavy-duty JS1500 forced twin-shaft mixer delivers strong stirring and kneading performance with no mixing dead zones. It can stably produce uniform concrete ranging from C15 to C60, suitable for both ordinary commercial concrete and structural engineering concrete.

The plant adopts high-precision load sensors and automatic error compensation technology for aggregate, cement, water and admixture. Accurate centralized weighing ensures stable material proportion, effectively avoiding concrete strength deviation and improving finished product consistency.
