A1. Under low-discharge setting, stable actual output ranges from 35m3/h to 60m3/h. The theoretical peak capacity still keeps 90m3/h and can be switched back for heavy-duty production when project concrete demand rises.

A2. The centralized weighing system adopts load-cell compensation program. As long as raw material feeding amount meets the minimum weighing threshold, metering error stays within standard scope, and concrete mix ratio will not be affected.

A3. No hardware replacement is needed. Mode switch is finished via control software. Regular calibration cycle remains the same as standard operation.

A4. It suits projects with fluctuating concrete demand. Typical cases include phased infrastructure work, scattered precast component production, mid-size sites with limited truck transport capacity, and projects preparing for future capacity expansion. Customers reserve 90m3/h peak capacity while executing current small-batch tasks.

A5. It can produce concrete from C10 to C60 as normal. Four-bin aggregate configuration still supports multiple sand and stone materials, and meets requirements for reinforced concrete and special engineering concrete.
