Q:How long is the service life of mixing blades and liners?

Standard high manganese wear-resistant parts can support about 180,000-220,000 batches of normal production. One set of free spare wear parts is supplied together with the machine.

Q:How to deal with slurry leakage at the mixing shaft ends?

This mixer uses multi-channel composite sealing structure to prevent slurry leakage fundamentally. When sealing rings wear out after long-term use, users can replace standard spare sealing parts quickly without disassembling the whole mixing shaft.

Q:What's the warranty policy?

We provide a 1-year full machine warranty, excluding quick-wear parts (blades, liners, hoist rollers, sealing rings). Motors and reducers enjoy 18-month extended warranty. English operation, maintenance and installation manuals are provided, along with online video technical guidance.

Q:Does this mixer require a fixed concrete foundation?

No. Just level and compact the hard ground, then fix the machine with four adjustable support legs. It can be transferred to new construction sites easily without foundation demolition and reconstruction.
