Check three key aspects: 1. Surface: Smooth, even finish with consistent color, free of dents and burrs. 2. Thickness: Main profile wall thickness should not be less than 1.8mm. 3. Material: Use primary aluminum alloy (e.g., grade 6063-T5) and avoid recycled aluminum.

Common causes include dirt or debris in tracks, poor quality or worn hardware (rollers, hinges), improper installation causing frame distortion, or insufficient profile rigidity leading to friction under stress.

Thermal break profiles use a low-conductivity material (typically PA66 nylon) between interior and exterior aluminum parts to break the thermal bridge. Advantages include superior thermal insulation, reduced heat transfer for energy efficiency, improved sound insulation, and better air tightness.

Focus on EPDM gaskets for elasticity and aging resistance. Ensure seals are complete, continuous, and compress tightly. Test by pulling a sheet of paper from a closed sash; it should be difficult to remove if sealed well.

Safety is paramount. Use high-strength profiles meeting structural standards. Tempered safety glass is mandatory; laminated or laminated insulating glass is recommended to prevent fallout. Hardware must have high load-bearing and wind pressure resistance, and installation should use galvanized steel brackets for reinforcement.
