AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a limited company with 31 employees and a broad machinery portfolio covering lifting, earthmoving, road construction, concrete, truck and special vehicles, drilling, logistics, and agricultural machinery. It reports substantial production quantities for several equipment categories and exports to South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. ODM and OEM services are explicitly available, but no SDK is available and only one R&D engineer is reported. After-sales support includes repair, installation, training, and maintenance in Algeria, although overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, and offline trade-show participation are absent. Service-capability assessment, approved-supplier management, corrective actions, complaint handling, quality assurance, traceability, and fire-drill status are undocumented or unknown. A CTI audit is recorded as active from January 9, 2026 to January 8, 2027, but the audit result is stated as 0 without interpretation.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company with 31 employees and no larger-company affiliation. Its stated product scope covers eight machinery categories, while the business-scope entry additionally lists transportation agency, e-commerce, consulting, design, and advertising activities, indicating a broad and potentially diversified operating profile.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports repair, equipment installation, training, and maintenance services in Algeria. Nevertheless, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show experience, so the evidence supports some service delivery capability but not a broad overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityODM service is available and one R&D engineer is reported with responsibility for new products, providing direct evidence of product-development activity. However, no SDK is available, and the reported R&D staffing is limited to one engineer, so the overall innovation depth cannot be confirmed as strong.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual outputs of 2,000 road rollers, 3,000 truck cranes, 5,000 wheel loaders, 2,500 excavators, and 3,000 motor graders, plus an off-peak lead time within 15 workdays. Its 31-employee size and lack of documented service-capability procedures do not negate the stated production figures but leave process-management depth insufficiently documented.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides ODM services and OEM services for well-known brands, directly supporting the ability to customize or manufacture according to customer or brand requirements. No further detail is provided on customization scope, engineering resources, or technical integration.
