The machine supports five premade bag formats: stand-up doypack pouches (with or without zipper), stand-up pouches with transparent window, ziplock resealable bags, flat three-side-seal pouches, and gusseted / flat-bottom / block-bottom bags.
Q:What is the fill accuracy of this granule packaging machine?
A:
The standard Series achieves +-1g fill accuracy using a multihead combination weigher. This is the most accurate filling method for irregular granule products such as nuts, seeds, and pet food. For uniform granules (sugar, salt, rice), a servo screw filler or volumetric cup filler can achieve equivalent accuracy at lower equipment cost.
Q:What is the machine lead time?
A:
Standard lead time is 40-45 working days. All machines are sea-freight shipped in sealed wooden export crates with full cargo insurance. Air freight is available for urgent orders.
Q:What is the difference between a premade bag machine and a VFFS machine?
A:
Premade bag machines produce higher-quality retail packaging with better graphics, zip closures, and premium laminate structures. VFFS machines offer a lower per-unit film cost and higher output speeds for simple pillow-bag formats.
Q:Does the machine comply with CE, and food safety requirements?
A:
Yes. this machine carries CE marking in compliance with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. All product-contact surfaces are SUS 304 stainless steel.
