Fr-761 TiO2 for Paint and Coatings

FR-761 is a plastic-specific rutile titanium dioxide widely used in medium to high concentration masterbatch, profiles, sheets, and pipes for polyolefins (PP/PE), PVC, ABS, and PS. It is also suitable for leather color pastes and inks.

Blue-tone titanium dioxide appears brighter and whiter than yellow-tone in visual perception. FR-761 achieves fine and uniform particle size through strict control of hydrolysis and calcination processes, effectively scattering blue light and presenting a stable blue undertone. This provides a higher level of whiteness perception for plastic products with a purer and more premium visual effect.

FR-761 features special organic surface modification, providing excellent yellowing resistance during high-temperature extrusion, injection molding, and similar processes. It effectively resists thermo-oxidative yellowing, maintaining the initial color of white or light-colored products without easy yellowing.

FR-761 has low volatile content (105C volatile content <= 0.8%). Combined with low oil absorption, it minimizes bubbles and silver streaks during high-temperature plastic processing, ensuring smooth and flat finished product surface quality and effectively reducing defect rates.

FR-761 features special inorganic and organic surface treatments that reduce agglomeration between TiO2 particles, resulting in excellent dispersibility and good compatibility in plastic resins. It does not easily agglomerate or clump during use, avoiding surface defects such as white spots or rough texture, while maintaining good processing rheology and preserving the mechanical properties of finished plastic products.
