R-6618 TiO2 for PVC and Plastic Applications

R-6618 is a multi-functional, universal rutile titanium dioxide widely used in coatings (industrial paints, architectural coatings), inks (solvent-based, tin printing), plastics (PP/PE/PVC/ABS/PS/PC), masterbatch, leather, rubber, paper, and more.

R-6618 features zirconium-aluminum inorganic coating and organic surface treatment, with rutile content >= 98% and complete crystal structure. It provides excellent UV resistance and anti-chalking properties. Suitable for indoor and outdoor coatings and plastic products, maintaining stable color and appearance over time without easy fading, chalking, or aging.

R-6618 features special inorganic and organic surface treatments that reduce agglomeration between TiO2 particles, with dispersibility (Hegman number) >= 6.0. It provides good wettability and easy grinding in coatings, plastics, and ink systems. It does not easily agglomerate or clump, avoiding surface defects such as white spots or rough texture, while improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

R-6618 has TiO2 content >= 94%, color strength (Reynolds number) >= 2000, and excellent hiding power. High refractive index and purity deliver outstanding hiding performance. It achieves ideal whiteness and opacity with lower addition levels, effectively reducing raw material formulation costs.

R-6618 has oil absorption <= 20g/100g. Low oil absorption ensures good flowability in application systems and easy dispersion. It is especially suitable for high-filling formulations, reducing resin consumption and improving formulation economy.
