R-6668 TiO2 Pigment for Plastic, Paint and Coating Applications

R-6668 is a rutile titanium dioxide specially designed for color pastes, color chips, and inks. It is particularly suitable for tin printing inks, coil coatings, wood coatings, and more. It is also applicable in plastics, rubber, leather, and general coatings.

R-6668 features a blue undertone that effectively enhances the visual quality of products, delivering a purer and brighter white appearance. Its brightness reaches a high standard of >= 98%, making it especially suitable for color pastes, color chips, and high-grade inks requiring high whiteness.

R-6668 provides high hiding power with color strength (Reynolds number) >= 116 or >= 110, and color strength vs. standard >= 116%. Achieves ideal opacity with lower addition levels, effectively reducing formulation costs.

R-6668 has oil dispersibility (Hegman number) >= 6.0 and residue (45um) <= 0.02%. Features new dispersant organic treatment and zirconium-aluminum inorganic coating, with uniform moderate particle size distribution and good low viscosity characteristics. Ensures fast and uniform dispersion in high-shear processing systems such as color pastes and inks, significantly reducing screen clogging and minimizing finished product defects.
