Rutile TiO2 Nr960 for Paint Ink and Plastic

NR-960 is a multi-purpose rutile titanium dioxide widely used in indoor/outdoor coatings, powder coatings, inks, paper, rubber, plastics (pipes/profiles/masterbatch), and more.

R-960 has color strength (Reynolds number) >= 1920 and TiO2 content >= 93%. High refractive index and purity ensure excellent hiding performance. It achieves ideal whiteness and opacity with lower addition levels, effectively reducing raw material formulation costs.

NR-960 features imported sand mill wet grinding process, with good and uniform particle size distribution (D50: 0.2-0.3um), oil absorption <= 18-19g/100g, and dispersibility (Hegman number) >= 6.0. It is easily wetted and dispersed in coatings and plastics systems without agglomeration, avoiding surface defects such as white spots or rough texture, while improving production efficiency.

NR-960 has color L* value >= 95.5, scattering power >= 110%, and brightness >= 95%. It provides high brightness and pure whiteness, with a bright and full coating film. Suitable for coatings, inks, and plastic products requiring superior visual effects.

NR-960 features zirconium-aluminum multi-element inorganic coating and organic surface treatment, with rutile content >= 98%. It provides high weatherability, heat resistance, and lightfastness.
