We have quality control team to monitor and inspect all the process from raw material incoming inspection, first sample inspection, production on line inspection, finished products inspection. We inspect the goods according to different market electrical safety standard, for example if we ship to North American market, we inspect according to UL1598. UL153.

We have own designer but also we cooperating with many Freelance designer in China also abroad. We are working with a designing center, which have hundreds of contracted designers. Send us your ideal design drawing or picture with specifications. Our quotation and counter drawing. Drawing checking and modification till approval. Pay 40-50% deposit to initiate production. Production with status update periodically. QC inspection pass. Pay off balance once ready before delivery. Transportation. On site installation. Feedback and or good reviews.

What variety and options can be offered to customize lamp?

Size customization from small household chandelier to large hotel lobby pendant light. Lighting materials can be customized including iron, brass, aluminum, zinc alloy, stainless steel, etc. Hardware colors such as gold color, chrome color, copper color, bronze color, nickel color, pewter color, silver color and or other electroplating colors. Crystal you can choose K9 Chinese crystal or Egyptian ASFOUR crystal even Austrian SWAROVSKI crystal.

How is your packing?

All our product will apply to standard export packing and it will be a little different according to the exact item. Some of our most fragile materials like air blown glass shades, crystal drops, glass tubes, glass panels may need extra protection so we use 7-8KG thick molded foam packing on top with five layers carton. For some large size package or heavy packages we will add wooden crate or wooden box packing or even pallet packing if there is necessary.

How about your delivery time?

This depends on the qty and items of your full order. We will let you know about the production schedule after receiving your exact order. At normal case, 20-25 days for on sale lighting products and 30-40 days for customization lamps, and we have regular stock available lighting for some popular items as well.

What is your terms of payment?

Accepted Answer

For order less than USD500, we suggest 100% payment in advance. For regular on sale lighting order, we request 30% deposit and 70% balance to be paid before shipment. However for customized lighting order, we request 40%-50% deposit depend on the lamp processing difficulty and upfront investment then 60%-50% balance to be paid before shipment. We accept Paypal, TT, Western Union, Money Gram and credit card pay on line.

For our on sale lighting products, we can offer High resolution photos, video, specification file etc. to help you upload on line as soon as possible.
