Our products are widely used in agricultural equipment, industrial and construction equipment, and numerous other fields. We also produce customized products based on customer design and specifications.

No. In addition to producing standard sprockets, we readily produce customized products based on customer design and specifications.
Q:What quality control measures do you have?
A:
We conduct Microscopic Examination (electron microscope for microstructure analysis, ferrite and pearlite content measurement, heat treatment depth measurement), Hardness Testing (Rockwell A, B, C scale), Jitter Detection (concentricity and runout testing for gears and sprockets), and Projector Inspection (precise view of contours, surface finish, and detection of micro errors).
Q:What are the common sprocket types you offer?
A:
We offer ISO standard sprockets including No.35/06B, No.40/08B, No.50/10B, No.60/12B, No.80/16B, No.100/20B, No.120/24B, No.140/28B, No.160/32B, as well as other series such as No.78, No.124, No.132, No.1030, No.2040/C2040, No.2060, No.2080/C2080, etc.
Q:What materials are used for your sprockets?
A:
Our products undergo high-carbon heat treatment to form a hard and brittle outer surface (hardness 60-62HRC), which provides high strength and prevents deformation that could damage other components.
