AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a Ningbo-based combined company with manufacturing-related associated companies, while its stated company nature is a trading company. It reports equipment including assembly, inspection, injection molding, ultrasonic welding, and vacuum oven machinery, plus valid manufacturing-capacity contracts with associated subcontractors. Customization from samples and designs is available, and new products were developed during the past year, although ODM, SDK, and famous-brand OEM services are unavailable. Service-management procedures, complaint handling, and corrective actions are documented and followed. Export sales account for 71%–90% of total sales, but the supplier has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or overseas service-country coverage. Financial records are indicated for 2022–2024, but no financial figures are provided. Evidence of customer cases, certifications, environmental assessment, and regular fire drills is insufficient or negative.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written and followed procedures for handling customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions, and supplier service assessment. It supports in-stock service and has stated service quotation and payment options, but has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or overseas service-country coverage.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new product development during the past year and provides design-related customization, demonstrating some product-development capability. However, it does not provide an SDK or ODM service, which limits the evidenced scope of innovation support.

Production capacityReported production resources include assembly lines, automatic assembly and inspection machines, injection molding, ultrasonic welding, and vacuum oven equipment. The supplier also reports valid capacity contracts with each associated subcontractor, inventory capability, 400 qualified service suppliers, and one-month average lead times in both peak and off-season periods.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, minor customization, and flexible customization through its design and R&D capabilities. This is direct evidence of broad customization support, although ODM service is not available.
