Low MOQ High Thermal Conductivity Graphite Semicircular Boat for Powder Metallurgy

The round graphite boat features a U-shaped, semicircular inner cavity. Heat is reflected along the curved surface, resulting in a more uniform temperature distribution inside the boat, making it suitable for sintering powdered materials. The square graphite boat is better suited for the heat treatment of lumpy solid workpieces. The round graphite boat is equipped with removable semicircular end caps, which make loading, unloading, and cleaning of powdered materials more convenient.

They can be fully customized. You can provide the internal dimensions of the furnace chamber, required chamber volume, 2D drawings, or a physical sample. Our engineering team will review the drawings, confirm the manufacturing plan, and provide you with manufacturing drawings for approval before arranging production.

Graphite boats are high-temperature consumables and require regular maintenance. Key tasks include: storing them in a dry environment, periodic cleaning and drying, visual inspections for cracks, and regular replacement of ceramic components and process-critical parts. Managing them through a numbered inventory system handled by a designated person can effectively extend their service life.

We can provide small samples for on-site process validation testing in the customer's furnace.

We use shock-absorbing packaging consisting of foam padding and a solid wood export crate, with each graphite boat individually isolated and protected. We conduct dimensional and visual inspections before shipment to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the event of shipping damage, we will handle the matter in accordance with our agreement.
