Please offer these details: outer diameter, total height, installation type (top mount /flange /clamp /screwon), working condition (temperature, humidity, dust type), required filter material and filter efficiency. If you have old filter photos or drawings, that will be most helpful.

Q:Can you produce non standard custom dust filter cartridges?

Yes, we support OEM & ODM customization. We can adjust diameter, height, end cap structure, filter media (PTFE membrane, anti static, high temperature, water oil repellent). You can send drawings or sample photos for quotation.

Q:What filter media options are available for dust collector filter cartridges?

Standard polyester; PTFE membrane polyester (easy pulse cleaning, anti adhesion); anti static polyester for combustible dust; high temperature resistant material for high heat working environment; water & oil repellent for moist sticky dust.

Q:How long is the service life of filter cartridge?

Service life depends on dust concentration, air volume and cleaning frequency. Under normal industrial dry dust conditions, it can last 3 12 months. Proper pulse jet cleaning will extend its service time.
