Q:What material options are available for tower packing?

We supply PP/RPP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF plastic random packing. PP is cost effective for most normal acid alkali waste gas; CPVC for medium high temp gas; PVDF for harsh high temperature strong corrosion working conditions. Please inform your working temperature & gas medium for proper material recommendation.

Q:What sizes do you have? Can you customize dimensions?

Standard sizes:16/25/38/50/76/100mm. Special custom sizes are acceptable. Normally packing size shall not exceed 1/8 of tower diameter. MOQ for customized size is negotiable.

Q:What is your MOQ and packing way?

MOQ is negotiable for trial order. Standard packing: woven bag / PE bag / ton bag, can load on pallet for sea shipment. Custom package is available

Q:How to choose between different packing types (Pall Ring / Tellerette / CMR etc)?

Pall Ring / CMR Ring: high mass transfer efficiency for general absorption process. Tellerette: excellent anti clogging performance, ideal for dusty waste gas and demisting layer. Polyhedral Hollow Ball: economical choice for ordinary scrubber tower. Please provide tower diameter, gas flow and waste gas components, we give professional suggestion

Q:What is your production lead time?

Normally 7 15 working days based on order quantity. For large volume order, we will confirm exact schedule before contract. Shipping term: FOB, EXW, CIF are acceptable.
