Fragile parts are wrapped with bubble foam; units are firmly lashed inside container. Packing photos can be offered before shipment.

What is your warranty period?

12-month warranty for motor and controller; 12-month for battery. Man-made damage & wearing parts are excluded.

How to handle quality issues under warranty?

Please send fault photos, videos and frame number. Spare parts will be sent free after confirmation. Return of complete units to China is not supported.

Do you provide manuals and spare-parts kit?

Yes. English user manual, packing list, certificate and spare-parts kit are included per shipment.

Shipping port & trade terms?

Shipment from Shanghai, Lianyungang, Ningbo. EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP are acceptable. Your designated forwarder is welcome.
