Tarnishing is often caused by poor sanitation in the spraying room, mixing new and recycled powder, long storage times, or interference from other volatile gases. To fix this, thoroughly clean the environment and equipment, and ensure proper storage conditions.

Rising luster occurs when matte powder is mixed with high gloss powder or if the curing temperature is too low or time is insufficient. Ensure proper cleaning before production and test furnace temperature to maintain the desired finish.

Color changes can result from residual pretreatment liquid, excessive baking time/temperature, mixing different powders, or pigment instability. Improve pre-treatment, strictly follow curing parameters, and use qualified powder to prevent yellowing.

Lumps are caused by dirty workpieces, uneven powder supply, wet/agglomerated powder, or dust in the drying channel. Improve base material quality, adjust air pressure, control particle size, and keep the site clean to avoid this issue.

Shrinkage holes are typically due to inadequate pre-treatment (oil residue), oil/water in compressed air, or dust contamination. Strengthen pretreatment, regularly discharge oil/water from air tanks, and keep the drying channel clean.
