We need to make new moulds for you, and this will cause tooling cost but it can be refunded after order qty reach what we required. We have a professional R & D and design team to serve you.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide free samples for you to test, you are more than welcome to request samples from us. And samples can be sent through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.

How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 2~5 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 5~10 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.But we will arrange production and transportation for you as soon as possible.

How the qoods are delivered to me?

A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like Fedex, UPS, DHL, ect. For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder (FOB price). Or if you don't have one, we can quote you CIF price.
