High-Efficiency Grain Seed Gravity Separator for Fine Material Sorting

It separates granular materials based on specific gravity difference. By adjusting air pressure and vibration amplitude, heavier full grains sink to the bottom layer and move upward along the screen surface, while lighter bad grains and impurities float on the surface and move downward, achieving precise fine sorting.

It is suitable for fine processing of 12+ types of grains and seeds, including wheat, corn, rice, beans, melon seeds, sorghum, lotus seeds, gorgon fruit, coix seeds, highland barley, hazelnuts and cassia seeds.

It can remove various undesirable materials, including moldy grains, water-damaged grains, shrivelled grains, broken grains, sprouted grains, insect-damaged grains and scab grains.

Choose according to your production capacity needs: 5XZ-8 for 5-8 tons per hour processing, 5XZ-10 for 8-10 tons per hour processing. Both models share the same core technology and separation effect.

Under standard test conditions, the cleaning rate can reach up to 99.5%, effectively meeting most high-precision seed and grain processing requirements.
