We are a manufacturer. NOVA was established in 1997 and covers planning, design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and consulting services.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
Payment terms are T/T 30% deposit after order confirmation, with the 70% balance paid against the bill of lading. We also accept LC, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
The normal lead time is 15-35 days after receiving the deposit. Samples can be ready in 7-15 days once payment is received.
Q:How can I deliver my goods?
A:
You can choose sea freight, and we will update the cost based on your destination port. Alternatively, you can designate an agent, and we will arrange delivery to them.
