Q:What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit after order confirmation, and 70% balance paid against the bill of lading. We also accept LC.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
Normally 15-35 days after receiving the deposit. Samples can be ready in 7-15 days once payment is received.
Q:How can I track my order status?
A:
Yes, we will send you information and photos at different production stages of your order so you get the latest information in time.
