AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a textile and display-product manufacturer engaged across packaging, printing, apparel, and related light-industry categories. It provides OEM, ODM, and broad customization services, reports substantial product-specific production capacity, and has 21–30 quality-control staff plus 11–20 R&D engineers. Listed management certifications include BSCI, ISO 9000, ISO 9001, SA 8000, and SEDEX. Service strengths include in-stock capability, complaint-handling procedures with records, participation in an offline trade show, and lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season periods. However, raw-material traceability, quality assurance status, fire-drill capability, and financial performance details are not sufficiently evidenced. The supplier has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, no SDK availability, and its corrective/preventive-action system lacks written procedures or records.

Supplier typeThe supplier is presented as a manufacturer of flags, banners, flagpoles, table covers, pop-up displays, bags, tents, and related textile/display products. Its stated commercial scope spans packaging and printing, textiles, apparel, arts and crafts, sporting goods, and other light-industry categories, while factory locations are listed in Xiamen, ShaoXing, Ningo, and Jiangsu.

CertificationsThe supplier lists BSCI, ISO 9000, ISO 9001, SA 8000, and SEDEX as certifications or supplier-management-system credentials. The slices do not provide certificate validity dates, scopes, or verification details, but the listed credentials are explicit evidence of certification holding.

R&D capabilityThe supplier offers ODM services and reports 11–20 years of total R&D-engineer experience, supporting product-development capability. It also supports customization from samples and designs, but has no available SDK; the evidence supports practical product development rather than a conclusion of advanced technical innovation.

Production capacityReported capacity includes 2,000,000 square meters of flags, 500,000 square meters of table cloth, 65,000 square meters of vinyl banners, 50,000 flagpole sets, and 20,000 pop-up displays, with lead times within 15 working days in both seasons. The supplier also reports 35 qualified service-capability suppliers, although its assessment process has records without a written procedure.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, alongside OEM and ODM services. These statements demonstrate broad customization coverage for customer-specific products.
