First, we discuss details via email or TM. Then we issue a PI for confirmation. After receiving the deposit, we start production. We usually need 7-15 days if items are not in stock. Before production finishes, we contact you for shipment details and balance payment.

We provide replacement. If there are defective items, we usually credit the customer or replace them in the next shipment.
Q:How do you check goods in the production line?
A:
We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the products of every batch when they go into the next step of production.
