All products are ATEX/IECEx certified for hazardous areas.

Our explosion-proof range carries ATEX (European Union), IECEx (International Electrotechnical Commission), CCC (China Compulsory Certification), CE marking, CQC certification, and RoHS compliance. Certificates are issued by accredited bodies such as TUV, SIRA, CNEX, and CQC. Type test reports are available upon request.

All Ouhui explosion-proof luminaires carry a 5-year warranty covering the LED light source and driver assembly. For explosion-proof electrical apparatus (distribution boxes, control stations, etc.), the enclosure integrity is warranted for 5 years; internal components (breakers, contactors, etc.) follow the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.

Yes. We offer full customization of explosion-proof electrical apparatus: enclosure size, internal layout (breaker brands/types, button configurations, instrument panels), material (aluminum or stainless steel), and cable entry positions. Provide us your single-line diagram (SLD) or bill of materials (BOM), and we will engineer and certify the custom unit.

Standard explosion-proof luminaires: 10-20 working days after order confirmation. Custom-engineered explosion-proof electrical apparatus (distribution boxes, control stations): 25-40 working days depending on complexity and certification scope. Rush orders can be discussed for urgent projects.
