What is the service life for your chamber?

For our soft chamber, the service life can reach deflation and inflation 8000 times, and for our hard shell chamber, the service life can reach 8-10 years.

What is the warranty?

We will provide a 1-year free warranty and lifelong service. Within 1 year, if you have any problem, you just need to take photos and videos, we will guide you on how to fix, if need new replacement parts, we will send you by courier for free. After 1 year, we will provide service too, but the spare parts are not free.

Can you print our own LOGO?

Yes, we can supply OEM service, print your own LOGO on the chamber. If you have the LOGO, please send it in PDF format. I can let our designer make a mockup for you first.

How to treat in the chamber? Is it better to wear a mask or breathe diffused oxygen?

We suggest wearing the oxygen mask to inhale high-purity oxygen for better treatment.
