Q:What printing machines do you use?

We use Mimaki machines, including a large model capable of printing up to 200cm width.

Q:What fabric is normally used for flags?

The most common fabric is Knitted polyester 115g, popular in Europe and North America. We also offer Spun polyester 160g, mesh fabric 120g, and display fabric 230g.

Q:What is the maximum print size?

Our large machine has a width of 2.5m, allowing a maximum print width of 200cm. Standard sizes include 60x90cm, 100x150cm, 120x130cm, 150x400cm, and 200x300cm.

Q:What artwork formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, CDR, or AI files with all fonts converted to curves. JPG files are accepted if the resolution is 300dpi at a 1:1 scale. Ensure a 5cm margin from each edge and lines are at least 1mm thick.

Q:What is the delivery time?

For small orders (1-10 pcs), delivery takes 2-3 days. For larger orders (100-500 pcs), the standard delivery time is about 7 working days.
