Q:What machine do you use for printing?

We use Mimaki machines, including a large model capable of printing up to 200cm width.

Q:What fabric is normally used for flags?

The most common fabric is Knitted polyester 115g, popular in Europe and North America. We also offer Spun polyester 160g, mesh fabric 120g, and display fabric 230g.

Q:What is the maximum printing size?

Our maximum printing width is 200cm. Standard flag sizes include 60x90cm, 100x150cm, 120x130cm, 150x400cm, and 200x300cm.

Q:What artwork files do you accept?

We accept PDF, CDR, or AI files with all fonts converted to curves. JPG files are accepted if the resolution is 300dpi at 1:1 size. Ensure a 5cm margin on each edge and lines are at least 1mm thick.

Q:What is the delivery time?

For 1-10 pieces, delivery takes 2-3 days. For 100-500 pieces, it takes about 7 working days.
