We are a direct source factory with 18 years of experience in powder compaction dies, fully equipped with wire EDM, precision grinding and mirror polishing machines. Online video inspection and on-site factory visits are welcome, OEM & ODM customization are available.
Q:Tungsten carbide dies have higher unit price, is it cost-effective for long-term mass production?
A:
Though its unit price is higher than common alloy tool steel dies, its service life is several times longer. It cuts extra costs caused by frequent mold replacement, production downtime and repeated remanufacturing, lowering comprehensive cost and raising yield rate for long-term mass production.
Q:How long is the service life of your carbide mold?
A:
Under normal cold powder pressing condition, it can press hundreds of thousands of times, over 10 times more wear-resistant than steel molds. Mirror polishing can further extend its service life.
Q:Can I order one piece sample first for test?
A:
Sample order for single set is acceptable, you can place mass order after sample testing passes.
Q:Can you customize non-standard size dies according to our button tooth specifications?
A:
Customization according to drawings and samples is available. We can adjust aperture, hole spacing and cavity radian to fit button teeth for various DTH bits and mining drill bits.
