Q:Will the tungsten steel mold corrode or have chemical reactions with powder?
A:
Tungsten steel cavity features corrosion resistance and friction resistance, compatible with all kinds of powder compacting, and will not be eroded and damaged by powder during long-term production.
Q:Can you customize cavities for lathe inserts of different shapes and sizes?
A:
Customization of various standard and non-standard lathe insert cavities by drawings is supported. The outline, thickness and tip angle of inserts can be adjusted as required.
Q:Will the molds undergo precision inspection before delivery?
A:
All molds pass full dimensional inspection by 2D detector and CMM before delivery. Cavity contour and surface finish are strictly tested, and goods can only be delivered after passing inspection.
Q:Is factory repair service available if the mold wears out after long-term use?
A:
Worn cavities can be sent back to our factory for polishing and repair. Locally damaged accessories can be replaced separately, effectively reducing customers' procurement cost of remaking molds.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity? Can I buy one single mold set?
A:
There is no mandatory minimum bulk order quantity. Custom purchase of a single mold set is supported, meeting the sample testing and small-batch mass production demands of small processing factories.
