Low-permeability carbide base material is adopted. The die has weak magnetism and will not interfere with magnetic parameters during pressing and stamping, ensuring stable inductance and core loss of finished parts.
Q:What micron tolerance can your dies achieve?
A:
Cavity dimensional tolerance can be controlled within 0.01mm, suitable for high-precision soft magnetic components such as inductors, sensors and transformers.
Q:How many shots can carbide dies process soft magnetic materials?
A:
Over one million pressing cycles for ferrite & FeSiAl powder. Up to 500,000 stamping strokes for thin soft magnetic strips, 5-10 times longer service life than ordinary tool steel dies.
