We make tube sheets up to 12 meters in diameter and flanges up to 10 meters O.D. Our shop has overhead cranes that can handle workpieces up to 250 tons, so size is rarely a problem.

We run multi-spindle milling-drilling CNCs plus a separate set of deep-hole CNCs that drill holes up to 1200mm deep. If your tube sheet needs long, straight holes, we can do it without step drilling.

Inspection is done with a Zeiss CMM and a Leica laser tracker on every large tube sheet. We send you the full dimensional report. Third-party inspection is welcome, just let us know ahead of time.
