AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryORIEMAC MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. is identified as a trading company offering ODM services and handling agricultural machinery spare parts. It reports more than 10 production lines, 50 quality-control staff, and stated product output across several construction machinery categories, although the available information does not clarify whether these resources are owned or supplied through partners. The supplier has quality assurance, but lacks written procedures or records for complaint handling, corrective and preventive actions, and supplier-service assessment. No overseas showroom, overseas agent or branch, or offline trade-show participation is reported. Financial records are referenced for 2023–2025, but the provided slices do not establish financial strength. Customer-related evidence consists of a company claim of positive reputation and two trade records involving one buyer in Peru.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no overseas showroom, overseas agent or branch, or offline trade-show participation, and offers overseas services in zero countries. It also has no written complaint-handling or corrective/preventive-action procedures or records, although its company description claims prompt spare-parts and after-sales response, local training, maintenance, and regular user visits.

R&D capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides ODM services, supporting a degree of design and development capability. However, it has no available SDK and no national science and technology progress award, so broader technical innovation strength is not established.

Customization capabilityODM service availability is explicitly reported, indicating the supplier can support original-design manufacturing customization. No further detail is provided on engineering scope, customization depth, or delivery of customized products.

Client casesThe company describes customer praise, reputation, spare-parts support, after-sales service, training, and maintenance. Two trade records show agricultural machinery spare-parts products associated with TRAC CHANG S A C in Peru, providing limited transaction evidence but not enough to assess customer breadth or performance outcomes.
