AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryORIENTGARDEN CO., LIMITED is a limited company with five employees, associated companies, and a product scope focused on garden tools and garden products. It reports ISO 9000, ISO 9001, and QC 080000 certifications, while also stating that products and parts comply with RoHS and have CE and FCC authentication. Production information lists one million pigeon foot rings annually, although the product scope and production item are not fully aligned. The supplier offers flexible and minor customization and exports to a broad range of global markets. However, it has one R&D engineer, launched no new products in the previous year, and has no SDK availability. After-sales and quality-control evidence is weak: there are no written complaint-handling or corrective/preventive-action procedures, and quality-control test equipment is recorded as zero. Financial records are identified for 2021–2023, but no performance values are provided. Customer-case evidence is limited to a 50%–80% repeat-buyer preference figure.
