Q:How to get a good silicone mould for longer use?
A:
Choose the right liquid silicone, do not use silicone oil as it makes the mould too soft, and wait 2 hours after mould finishing for full curing.
Q:Why does silicone rubber produce many bubbles after adding curing agent?
A:
This is a normal physical phenomenon. The liquid produces many bubbles during mixing, so vacuum exhaust bubble treatment is required.
Q:What is the mixing ratio for the silicone rubber?
A:
The usual mixing ratio is 9:1 (Part A to Part B). For example, 900 grams of liquid silicone rubber with 100 grams of catalyst.
