AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a limited company focused on handicrafts, household goods, furniture, daily necessities, assembly, processing, packaging, and related import/export activities. It operates three production lines, reports annual Aroma Diffuser output of 50,000,000 sets, and exports primarily to Europe, Australia, and North America, with 16 years of export experience and approximately 90% of sales from exports. It provides design customization, ODM, and OEM services, but reports no new products in the past year and no available SDK. Quality control staffing is below five, finished products are checked by packing staff, and batch-by-batch quantity reconciliation is not conducted. The supplier holds ISO45001:2018 and ISO14001 certifications, maintains documented service procedures, corrective/preventive action procedures, and complaint-handling records. Financial information is limited to year labels without performance figures, so financial credibility cannot be determined. No cooperation with Fortune 500...

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a limited company. Its stated scope covers handicrafts, household goods, furniture, daily necessities, assembly, processing, packaging, and import/export activities, subject to applicable approvals.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO45001:2018 and ISO14001 certifications and also states that it conducted regular fire drills during the past year. The provided information supports an established occupational safety and environmental certification position.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written procedures and implementation records for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaint handling. This directly supports a structured service-management capability, although specific response times or service outcomes are not provided.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no available SDK and no new products during the past year, which are explicit limitations for software-related and recent product innovation. However, it offers ODM services, so its overall innovation position is mixed rather than entirely deficient.

Production capacityThe supplier operates three production lines and reports Aroma Diffuser output of 50,000,000 sets, with one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak periods. However, fewer than five quality-control staff are reported, finished products are checked by packing staff, and continuous quantity reconciliation for each batch is not conducted.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from customer designs, ODM services, and OEM services for popular brands. These capabilities provide direct evidence of product customization and contract-manufacturing support.
