Stock samples are free. For customized samples, fees are required but will be refunded according to the order amount. Samples are sent within 7 days after placing the order.

The bulk lead time is 12-15 weekdays, depending on the quantity. Sample lead time is 3-5 weekdays.

Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 500 PCS. Trial orders with 500 PCS are acceptable, and larger quantities offer better prices.

Q:What file formats are accepted for printing?

We accept PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, and EPS formats. AI is preferred. The recommended resolution is 300+ dpi with a bleed size of 3-5mm.
